YABA4 - clue 16
This was an ad in a weekly edition of the SF Weekly paper
(or the "YABA Weekly", as the masthead read).
On the front of the box was a sign that said, "Find an
interesting friend here" with a footnote that said "You're
going to meet oh oh seven & end suspense".

Inside the box were 80 copies of the most
recent edition of SF Weekly (with the masthead revised to
read "YABA Weekly"); the cover was from a different issue
a few months earlier and read "SPECTRE INSPECTORS."

The box was locked with a combination lock,
containing a photo of James Bond on the front, as a hint
that the combination was - of course - 0 0 7 !!!

Attached inside the box, at the back, was
a license plate reading "AGT 007", a hint that teams would
soon meet James Bond himself. Oddly, many teams did
not find this license plate, and complained at the finish
that it was missing. This prompted Alexandra to say,
at the post-game wrapup at the Savoy Tivoli, "Sometimes
you have to think inside the box!"

Teams needed to page through the paper until they found
the ad in the personals section, then solve the clue, which
was a silly limerick:
Though his tyranny matched Mussolini's,
The villainous Zeus is now finis.
So come to the sign
Of an Alaskan cervine,
To join me and have a martini.
