YABA4 - hint 2 - answer

Shortly before this hint was posted, a page explaining how to decrypt Vigenere code was also added to the t-hunt.com website.

This page was added to give players some experience in decrypting Vigenere codes, since these codes were used to decode hints and answers during the game.

The encrypted message in the hint was in Vigenere.

James Bond (Agent 007) has been known to play many games, but is best known for playing baccarat. Using "BACCARAT" as the code word (where A=0, B=1, C=2, … Z=25), players could decipher the encrypted message using the table on the Vigenere code page.

The decryption resulted in the following message: "Learn the rules of baccarat at www dot the wizard of odds dot com slash game slash baccarat dot html"

Those teams who actually learned the rules had a much easier time solving clue #14.
